what we offer
We carry out surveys and valuations of residential property throughout Cheshire.
We provide three levels of survey in line with the RICS Home Survey Standards. the RICS Home Survey level 1 (Home Condition report), RICS Home Survey level 2 (Homebuyer report), and Home Survey level 3 (Building survey report). These standards have been set out by the Royal institution of Chartered Surveyors to provide a benchmark for the different types of survey which surveyors offer.
We also provide valuations of residential property for Help to Buy, Shared Ownership, Matrimonial and Tax purposes and other expert witness cases.
